How do I get started?

Create an account, verify your email and choose your tool and model. Follow the connection guide, add usage credit and send your first request.

Do I need to stop using my coding tool?

Keep using Claude Code or Codex CLI with the r2hub connection settings. Your account includes setup instructions and steps to switch back to your previous connection.

Is this cheaper than my existing subscription?

Not necessarily. This offer prices metered API usage; subscription allowances are a different product.

Are you the cheapest provider?

We do not claim that. Compare the full cost and the features you need. Some providers advertise deeper discounts.

Is there a monthly commitment?

There is no monthly fee. Add prepaid usage credit when you need it. Auto top-up is optional and uses limits you choose.

Do I need my own provider API key?

No. Create an r2hub API key in your account and use it in your tool. Your API requests pass through r2hub to the selected upstream model. Never send API keys or source code to support.

When is my discount applied?

Your new-account discount is assigned automatically at registration and shown with your model rates. Creating an account does not charge your card or enable auto top-up.
