This native integration establishes a bi-directional data flow between Zoho CRM, Campaigns, and Meeting. Leads and Contacts from Zoho CRM are synced to mailing lists in Zoho Campaigns. Email engagement data (opens, clicks, bounces) from Campaigns is pushed back to the corresponding contact/lead records in CRM.
