    This integration triggers when a chat conversation ends in Tawk.to. It uses a webhook to send the visitor's information (name, email) and the chat transcript to the Astro Integrations platform. Astro then processes this data and communicates with the HubSpot API. It first searches HubSpot for an existing contact using the provided email address. If a contact exists, it's updated; if not, a new contact is created. Subsequently, a new deal is created in a specified HubSpot pipeline and stage, linked to the contact. The deal's name and notes can be populated with information from the chat, such as the initial message and the full transcript.
