    This pipeline works by first ensuring that detailed e-commerce events from Shopify (e.g., product views, add to cart, purchases) are tracked in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Shopify's native integration. In GA4, you create specific audiences based on high-intent behaviors (e.g., users who viewed a product 3+ times but didn't purchase). A middleware platform then monitors these GA4 audiences. When a user enters a high-intent audience, the middleware triggers an action. It looks up the user's profile in Klaviyo (using a consistent User ID or email) and adds a custom event or profile property.
